The role combines elements of Service Delivery Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Software Consulting. You will engage with clients at the executive level, acting as a trusted advisor. Working in conjunction with the sales and technical teams, a broad understanding of software, especially document management solutions, is essential. Ideally you will have a background in Professional Services, having worked in a Business Consultancy role. You will need to have a proven history of on-site client consulting. An understanding of the government sector will be highly beneficial.
