Our client is a significant player in the software industry within the South Island. With a well established name in the Australasian market and a highly entrepreneurial software development team, the organization is progressing at a rapid speed into the right direction.

Their core products are based on JAVA technology and due to growth and new development projects being completed, the current requirement is for an experienced JAVA and JSF developer who is comfortable with the complete SDLC and ticks all or most of the following boxes:

- min 3 years of Java web development experience

- sound understanding of JSF

- good understanding of at least one JSF component library

- Tomcat 6 knowledge a bonus

- ICEfaces experience a bonus

They would like you to be in it for the long term, contribute to their product shape and form, develop relationships with customers and commit to getting to know their quite complex products.

This role would suit candidates with background in commercial software development rather than technical development and someone who would still like to learn and grow professionally. An excellent remuneration package is on offer and career prospects are unlimited.
